Contracts are signed ahead of each event with complete details of what is expected and what you the customer will receive.
A non-refundable deposit 25% of full price to be paid within 5 days of the event. If full deposit is not paid within that time, we will assume customer has chosen other accommodations from another rental company. And will not uphold signed contracts.
